Isabelle Bart is the founder of Impact Innovator, where she empowers individuals of all backgrounds to build innovative, purpose-driven enterprises that tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. A SQUIRCLE™ certified coach, Isabelle helps individuals and teams generate breakthrough ideas and navigate complex decisions through a holistic, intuitive approach to leadership and innovation. A dynamic public speaker, Isabelle shares powerful insights on entrepreneurial mindset, abundance, and doing business for good. As a cancer survivor, she brings a deeply personal understanding of transformation and resilience—believing that life’s most difficult moments can become the foundation for a more meaningful future.

Isabelle has supported countless impact-driven startups and nonprofit leaders through her work with the Small Business Development Center (a program of the SBA), as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of California, and as a mentor and advisor with Braid Theory, LARTA Institute, and National Science Foundation I-Corps program, where she also serves as a lead regional instructor in innovation and commercialization.

Previously, Isabelle served as Director of the SBDC at UC Irvine’s Beall Applied Innovation, leading strategic consulting programs for early-stage ventures. She also served as Managing Director for the Academies for Social Entrepreneurship, supporting ventures focused on solving social and environmental problems.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, Isabelle has led strategic initiatives in business planning, marketing, and digital transformation for global organizations.

She is a member of Catalyst 2030, a global network advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and was named one of Euclid Network’s “Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise” in 2023. She was a recipient of the Tech Coast Venture Network ROCKY™ Founders Choice Awards™ in 2024.

She has also been nominated for the LA Times 2024 Orange County Inspirational Women award and the Orange County Business Journal’s “Women in Business” award in 2022. Isabelle is the co-author of The Change: Insights into Self Empowerment (2023) and holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
